Howdy from Saratoga Ranch!
Congratulations and sincere thanks for your commitment to join us for the first Annual Boots N’ Spurs Gala held at the newly renovated historical Canary Barn at the Saratoga Ranch. We are excited to unveil the iconic venue to friends, family, and the Platte Valley community. This year’s gala is dedicated to support and raise game-changing funds for the Saratoga Chapter of FFA (Future Farmers of America).
The Saratoga FFA program, a long-standing student club, relies on the challenge of fundraising for its ability to fulfill the vision “to grow the next generation of leaders who will change the world” and mission to “make a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agriculture”.
The Boots N’ Spurs Non-Profit Corporation, an entity for the purpose of supporting youth, family, and community causes, has been established to receive and manage funds raised from the gala that will be earmarked and dispersed as needed for the Saratoga FFA’s forward activities and determined projects. Our goal is to assist the Saratoga FFA program and member experience to be everything it is intended to be for as many eligible students as possible and remove obstacles that may otherwise limit that outcome. Your support will be overwhelmingly invaluable and make a difference!
NEXT – On to the Gala ….. Here is a summary of your invite confirmation with some information to hopefully make your attendance helpful.
You likely have received a copy of the invite via mail and email. Either form is good to use. You’ll find a QR code on the invite that once you open it (just take a photo with your cell phone) it will land you to this page right here! Below, there will be a button to login. When you click on that button, it will give you the opportunity to enter your email (the same email you received your digital invite at) to see your information. There will be a remittance window that will allow you to pay your sponsorship (ie Table or Seats) if applicable. If you are traveling from out of town, your reserved accommodations will be listed. All the accommodations are just minutes away from the ranch.
You’ll find an FAQ at the end of this page with links to provide such things as:
“What do I wear to a Boots N’ Spurs Gala?” (several have already asked!)
For out of towners,
… “If I arrive on Friday 6/20, what fun and interesting things are there to do and experience in Saratoga and Platte Valley?” (a lot!)
… places to eat during your time in Saratoga.
… Medical facilities in case of that need.
… Suggested driving route from Denver International Airport to Saratoga (scenic!)
… “What’s the weather like in mid-June in Saratoga?”
Times and place of the Gala are on the front of your invite confirmation. If you have any unanswered questions, please feel free to contact me. Cell (832) 492 – 4098, Email chosb.email@gmail.com
Can’t wait to see you in June!

We’re calling it Western Luxe… and western glam is encouraged! Dust off your boots, polish your spurs, and don your best cowboy hat, fringe, or sparkle. Think “ranch chic meets red carpet.” Dress to impress, but be comfortable enough to dance the night away.
We created an ‘inspo’ board for you here.
